One team has paid into their American Le Mans GT1 success more than any other: Corvette Racing.

With a series and class heritage reaching back to 1999, the boys at Pratt & Miller, Katech, and General Motors have fielded two very different and dominant chassis - the C5-R from '99-'04, and the C6.R from '05-'07.

With so many years of innovation, development, and refinement beneath the skin, I sat down with Corvette Racing driver Johnny O'Connell and asked him to walk us through the various systems in place that he utilizes behind the wheel of his potent C6.R.

From the safety solutions to the 'Golden Dragon' A/C unit, O'Connell reveals the cockpit of his Corvette in detail like we haven't seen before.
