SPEED TO AIR RESCHEDULED ARCA RACE LIVE FROM TALLADEGA SATURDAY AT 9 A.M. ET -- SPEED will present live coverage of the rescheduled ARCA Racing Series race from Talladega Superspeedway Saturday at 9 a.m. ET. The race, originally scheduled for Friday at 5 p.m. ET, was postponed due to severe weather in the vicinity of the race track. Rick Allen, Phil Parsons and Ken Schrader host the network’s coverage with Ray Dunlap and Bob Dillner patrolling the pits. SPEED will continue its live coverage from Talladega following the ARCA race with live presentation of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying at 11:30 a.m. ET.

In cooperation with ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards and NASCAR officials, Talladega Superspeedway has canceled all remaining track activities for Friday, April 15 - a result of severe weather in the area.

The 3 Amigos 250, the second race of the ARCA Racing Series season, will be held on Saturday, April 16, with a scheduled start of 8 a.m. Central.

Any race fan with a Friday or Saturday ticket will be granted admission for all of Saturday's activities. Jet dryers will take to the track at 5:30 a.m. Saturday to begin drying the track. Grandstand gates will open at 7 a.m. for fans.

Ty Dillon, driver of the No. 41 Richard Childress Racing Development Chevrolet, won the Menards Pole Award presented by Ansell - the third of his career - and will start first for his fifth ARCA Racing Series start.

The 94-lap, 250.04-mile 3 Amigos 250 will air live on SPEED at 9 a.m. Eastern tomorrow.
