AUTOS: Atlanta Motorsports Park to Unveil New World Class Track Design

Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP), a private county club for fast, exotic cars and bikes, will unveil the design for the much anticipated new driving course on July 30th at 7:00 pm at Hennessey Porsche in Roswell, Georgia.

AMP is proud to partner with Tilke Engineers & Architects, the famed Formula 1 track designers behind the circuits at Bahrain, Sepang, and Malaysia and responsible for nearly every modern-era Formula 1 track constructed in the last 10 years, on the redesign.

The new track will be the only Tilke track in the United States and will help make AMP the ONLY eco/green/sustainable-friendly motorsports park in the world.

The decision to employ the prominent designers reflects AMPs commitment to being North Americas premier motorsports facility, and the July 30th event will be commensurate with this level of quality. SPEED Channel Commentator Bob Varsha will be the Master of Ceremonies for the event. Guests will have the opportunity to study three dimensional images of
the challenging new course. Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Michael Jenkins and a number of other celebrities will be in attendance. The Grey Goose Vodka models and team will also be on hand.

Atlanta Motorsports Park is a private country club that offers a membership for motorsports enthusiasts looking for executive level privileges and amenities. AMP has sold more than $400,000 in memberships in the last 35 days, which is an impressive feat in itself in the current economic environment.
