Pacific Coast Motorsports driver Ryan Dalziel will have to miss this weekend's San Jose Grand Prix after suffering a broken collarbone while training on his bicycle Tuesday morning. Dalziel will consult with Dr. Terry Trammell in the next few days to determine his eligibility for the following Champ Car World Series round at Road America.

Pacific Coast Motorsports has
not yet selected a replacement driver for Dalziel in its No 28 entry at San Jose.

Currently 11th in the Champ Car World Series, Dalziel has scored five top-ten finishes, including his near podium finish two weeks ago in Toronto. Last weekend at Edmonton, the Scotsman recorded his best Champ Car start, when he took the green flag from eighth position, and best finish of seventh.
