In the final Rolex Series practice session prior to qualifying, Ryan Dalziel posted the fastest Daytona Prototype time at 1:16.345 (106.097 mph) in the No. 8 Starworks Motorsport Ford/Riley and Jeff Segal turned the quickest GT lap at 1:22.568 (98.101 mph) in the No. 69 FXDD Ferrari 458.

Memo Rojas was second quickest in DP at 1:16.454 (105.946 mph) in the No. 01 TELMEX BMW/Riley, followed by Ozz Negri at 1:17.192 (104.933 mph) in the No. 60 LiveOn Ford/Riley.

Dion von Moltke put the No. 51 APR Motorsport Audi R8 GRAND-AM second on the GT chart at 1:22.703 (97.941 mph) and Robin Liddell posted the third quickest GT time at 1:23.145 (97.420 mph) in the No. 57 Stevenson Auto Group Chevrolet Camaro GT.R.

Qualifying gets under way at 11:45 a.m. ET with Daytona Prototypes, followed by GT qualifying at 12:05 p.m.
