Michael Shank Racing led the way in Thursday's night practice as GRAND-AM teams gear up for the 50th Rolex 24 at Daytona.

The team's No. 60 Riley-Ford of Justin Wilson turned a best time of 1:42.370, leading a Ford 1-2-3 in the two-hour session.

Krohn Racing's Proto-Auto Lola-Ford wound up second, ahead of the pole-sitting No. 8 Starworks Motorsport Riley-Ford in third, which saw Allan McNish, Lucas Luhr, Enzo Potolicchio, Alex Popow get their first laps in the new-gen car following Dalziel's pole run.

The No. 99 GAINSCO/Bob Stallings Racing machine was fourth, quickest of the Corvette DPs, ahead of the No. 2 Starworks Riley-Ford, which suffered a session-ending accident in the hands of Miguel Potolicchio. The Venezuelan driver was checked and released from the infield care center.

In GT, the No. 67 TRG Porsche of Jeroen Bleekemolen top the time charts, thanks to his 1:49.512 lap time. The Dutchman outran the No. 48 Paul Miller Racing Porsche of Rob Bell by 0.141 seconds.

Porsches swept the top five positions in the session, which saw a total of six stoppages.

Two additional practices are on tap for Friday, with the 50th Rolex 24 taking the green flag Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET, Live! SPEED.
