Rebounding from yesterday's accident, Lucas Luhr put his Starworks Motorsport Riley-Ford atop the time charts in the fourth and final practice prior to qualifying for Sunday's Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen (11 a.m. ET, Live! SPEED).

Luhr turned a best time of 1:42.364 in his Venezuela-backed No. 2 entry, edging out the No. 60 Michael Shank Racing Riley-Ford of Ozz Negri by 0.098 seconds.

Joao Barbosa was third quickest in his No. 9 Action Express Racing Corvette DP, while defending GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series champion Scott Pruett slotted in fourth, 0.377 seconds behind Luhr's pace-setting time.

The No. 90 Spirit of Daytona Corvette, shared this weekend by Antonio Garcia, Richard Westbrook and Oliver Gavin, completed the top-five.

In GT, an Audi R8 GRAND-AM led the way for the first time this year, with the No. 52 APR machine, driven this weekend by Frank Stippler and Marc Basseng, posting an impressive 1:50.968 lap time.

Stippler's time was 0.054 seconds quicker than the No. 57 Stevenson Motorsports Camaro GT.R of Robin Liddell and John Edwards.

It was a bitter-sweet session for APR, though, as Ian Baas crashed his No. 51 Audi in Turn 6. Baas was evaluated and released from the infield medical center.

Qualifying gets underway at 11:40 a.m. ET.
