Scott Dixon and Dan Wheldon will defend their Rolex 24 title next January and may do so with one huge addition:

Juan Pablo Montoya.

Although the Ganassi team would not confirm that a deal has been done, Dixon indicated Tuesday that Montoya would likely join the lineup for the Target Chip Ganassi Racing No. 02 Lexus Riley in the 24-hour race in January.
Montoya, the former Formula 1 driver who is preparing for his NASCAR Nextel Cup debut, tested an ARCA car for Ganassi on Monday at Talladega Superspeedway.

"I might want to switch to the 01 car, because I'm not sure of Montoya will bring it back with any wheels on it," Dixon joked.

Wheldon and Dixon teamed with Casey Mears to win the Rolex 24 earlier this year.
