Signature MSAP, a Florida based production company, and SPEED2, the authenticated broadband channel complementing national cable television network, SPEED, have agreed on distribution of the Cooper Tire Prototype Lites Powered by Mazda race broadcasts for the 2012 race season with the initial broadcast from the Sebring race weekend followed by the rounds from Laguna Seca.
SPEED2 was created to deliver an expanded variety of racing, featuring popular international events that enhance the dynamic programming SPEED already delivers. SPEED2, launched in the summer of 2010, now is available through DIRECTV, Verizon FiOS TV, DISH Network, Time Warner Cable, Cablevision and Bright House Networks to nearly 40,000,000 households and is continuing expansion. SPEED2 currently carries popular racing series such as the Blancpain Endurance Series, FIA GT1 World Championship, MotoGP, World Rally Championship and GP2.
