INDYCAR: Sato, Honda Fastest In St. Pete P3
A.J. Foyt Racing's Takuma Sato has been on a tear so far at St. Petersburg, and ended the final session before qualifying by posting the fastest lap for Honda.

St. Petersburg's third practice session ended with a lot of smiling faces among the Honda-powered A.J. Foyt Racing team as newcomer Takuma Sato topped the timesheets with the fastest lap of the weekend.
The Japanese ace clocked a 1:01.529-second lap as teams made their final preparations for this afternoon's run for the Verizon P1 pole award, leading Team Penske's Will Power (1:01.738) and Andretti Autosport's James Hinchcliffe (1:01.897).
Sato was one of three Hondas in the top 10, with Target Chip Ganassi's Dario Franchitti (P8) and Sarah fisher Hartman's Josef Newgarden (P9) more than a half-second arrears.
Notable performances were registered by Dragon Racing's Sebastian Saavedra in sixth and Graham Rahal in a greatly improved 11th, while Scott Dixon (13th), Helio Castroneves (16th) and Simon Pagenaud (20th) continued to struggle.
