After being involved in a four-car pileup last night, the No. 3 Audi R18 TDI returned to Sebring International Raceway Friday morning, ending the practice session on top of the time sheets.

Romain Dumas peddled the 2011-spec diesel-powered entry to a 1:48.200 lap time, the only Audi to set a time in the final practice prior to this afternoon's qualifying for the 60th Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring.

Having worked until 2 a.m. this morning making repairs to the car, which was caught up in a chain reaction incident Thursday evening, the German squad had a trouble-free session.

Dumas edged out the No. 15 OAK Racing Oak-Pescarolo Judd of Guillaume Moreau by 1.764 seconds. Rebellion Racing's No. 13 Lola B11/60 Toyota of Andrea Belicchi was third, leading a 1-2-3 sweep for FIA WEC entries.

Quickest of the ALMS contingent was the No. 6 Muscle Milk Pickett Racing HPD ARX-03a of Lucas Luhr with a 1:50.150 lap time.

The Nos. 1 and 3 Audis didn't turn laps in Friday's 60-minute session, with the diesels having already gained enough mileage in preparation for qualifying, according to the team.

LMP2 was led by the No. 24 OAK Racing Morgan-Judd of Olivier Pla with a 1:51.318 lap time, ahead of the Stephane Sarrazin-driven Starworks Motorsport HPD ARX-03b in second.

John Martin drove his ADR-Delta Oreca 03 Nissan to the third quickest time, with FIA WEC entries sweeping the six quickest times in class.

The best of the ALMS P2 runners was the No. 37 Conquest Endurance Morgan-Judd of Martin Plowman with a 1:53.289.

In GTE-Pro, Richard Lietz led the way in the No. 77 Team Felbermayr-Proton Porsche 911 GT3 RSR, ahead of the No. 59 Luxury Racing Ferrari F458 Italia of Jaime Melo.

The No. 01 Extreme Speed Motorsports Ferrari of Johannes van Overbeek was the best of the ALMS contingent in fourth.

Nic Jonsson led the way in GTE-Am aboard his Krohn Racing Ferrari, while EJ Viso (CORE autosport) and Leh Keen (Alex Job Racing) topped the ALMS PC and GTC categories, respectively.

Sixty-one of the 64 entries set time. In addition to the absence of the two Audis, the No. 28 Gulf Racing Middle East Lola B12/80 Nissan also didn't go out following Maxime Jousse's accident last night. The team expects the P2 contender to be ready for tomorrow's 10:30 a.m. start.

RESULTS: Practice 4
