Victory in the Rolex 24 at Daytona or Twelve Hours of Sebring is often regarded as a lifetime achievement. Some of the world’s best drivers spend their entire careers in quest of scoring top honors in America’s two toughest endurance races.

But in the case of Oliver Jarvis and Dion von Moltke, both drivers not only took home class honors in this year’s around-the-clock classic at Daytona, but backed it up with a Florida double at Sebring last weekend, remarkably in separate classes.

Audi factory driver Jarvis helped take the German manufacturer to its 11th overall Sebring victory on Saturday, less than two months after he scored the GT class win at the Rolex 24 in his U.S. racing debut.

"It's been a fantastic start to the year for me. I couldn't have even dreamed for this, "Jarvis said after the race. "To win Daytona was unexpected, but to come here and now win again has been a dream come true. Personally, just being asked to drive [at Sebring] was a privilege. But to come and win on my first appearance with these guys is something I'll never forget.”

The 29-year-old teamed with defending FIA World Endurance Champions Benoit Treluyer and Marcel Fassler in the No. 1 Audi R18 e-tron quattro, filling the rather big shoes of Audi ace Andre Lotterer, in what was only his third race with the factory LMP1 squad and second in America.

"I came here last year to watch the race and immediately wanted to do it,” Jarvis said. “When I heard Audi was running two cars, I must admit that I thought I wouldn't be here. When I got the call, I put the phone down and started jumping.”

Jarvis was also jumping for joy on the top step of the GT podium in January, as part of Audi’s first-ever win at Daytona, sharing the the wheel of the Alex Job Racing Audi R8 GRAND-AM with none other than von Moltke, who captured GTC class honors last weekend at Sebring.

The amazing double for the 22-year-old was actually his second consecutive Sebring win, having also steered an Alex Job Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car to victory lane in last year’s American Le Mans Series season opener.

"To start the year with a win at the Rolex 24 at Daytona and then go back-to-back with Sebring victories is just incredible," von Moltke said. "I was thrilled to win my first Rolex watch in Daytona and now to get another one here at Sebring for the win here is a real bonus.

"I have been very fortunate to be a part of both programs with the Audi and the Porsche with Alex Job Racing. To also have one of my teammates from Daytona, Oliver Jarvis, win the race overall for Audi this weekend was also great to see.”

Jarvis got the job done in what could be the final outing at Sebring for a factory Audi prototype, with the United SportsCar Racing series not embracing LMP1 machinery for the unified championship beginning in 2014.

"This is a special place and I'm delighted to be part of the last race with the LMP1 car,” he said. “But I hope for me it's just the beginning. I've had two races in America and two wins and I'd love to be back on a more regular basis."

The Briton holds a chance of completing the coveted endurance racing “Triple Crown” with a win at Le Mans this June, as he will make his second consecutive LM24 start in a factory Audi R18. Von Moltke, on the other hand, is hoping to one day get the chance to compete in the twice-around-the-clock endurance classic.

"I've got a Daytona win and now two Sebring wins. I'd really love to add Le Mans to that list one day,” von Moltke said. “Getting an opportunity to go do the race in France would be the next on my 'must do' list."
