SPEED.com caught up with Ryan Dalziel and Enzo Potolicchio, co-drivers of the No. 36 United Autosports Audi R8 LMS car with Alex Popow, as well as Matt Bell, one of four drivers of the Anglo-American squad's No. 26 car, following Wednesday's private test session at the Dubai Autodrome.

United Autosports had mixed fortunes in the four-hour test, with Bell clocking the sixth quickest time before the car suffered a broken power steering pipe, which put he and co-drivers Mark Patterson, Frank Yu and Roger Wills out of action for the remainder of the day.

Venezuelan ace Popow set the sister car's best lap time, a 2:04.511, which was good enough for 11th overall and in the A6 category.
